After the purchase, the processing time is about 7 – 9 business days because each garment is handcrafted for you from scratch in our workshop.（Please contact customer service for more than 10 items）

Returns:

We are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ORDER unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

For blank products, we can usually offer an even exchange or a refund. The delivery cost will be borne by the customer.

Modify: 

Once you finish payment, the order cannot be modified.
